These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the nebjee platform, including the website at nebjee.app, all related services, casino games, sports betting markets, payment facilities, and any other features made available to registered users ("Services"). This Agreement is entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nebjee ("nebjee", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a game, or otherwise accessing any part of the nebjee platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. nebjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact details on file. Continued use of the Services following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. The nebjee platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement. nebjee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

To open and maintain a nebjee account you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously had a nebjee account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of nebjee or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

During registration you are required to supply accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to keep this information current and to notify nebjee promptly of any changes. nebjee may at any time require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting copies of government-issued identification documents such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate.

nebjee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) through the following verified payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and major Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards. All payment methods must be registered in the account holder's own name. nebjee reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single-transaction and daily deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. nebjee may impose additional deposit restrictions as part of its responsible gaming controls or anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All bonuses, free spins, cashback amounts, loyalty rewards, and promotional credits ("Bonus Funds") issued by nebjee are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. In the absence of specific promotional terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times before any withdrawal can be requested unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds expire 7 days from the date of issue unless a longer period is specified in the promotional terms.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes not resolved through nebjee's internal complaints process may be referred to binding arbitration. The language of all proceedings shall be English.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from this Agreement if modification is not possible, without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and nebjee with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
